Regarding your account with Kearns Improvement District, if all charges and assessments have been paid and as a result your account has a credit balance, a refund for the credit amount on your account will be refunded upon request. Any discrepancies or questions regarding charges on your utility account should be directed to the Kearns Improvement District at 5350 West 5400 South, Kearns, Utah 84118 at 801 968-1011.
